Marny Lundy is a senior associate with the Firm engaged in sophisticated estate planning with an emphasis on small business owners, trusts and estates litigation and probate and administration matters.  Ms. Lundy also counsels small businesses on purchases and sales, shareholders agreements, and loans.  She handles all phases of purchase, sales and leasing of real estate including contracts, due diligence issues, zoning issues, tax free exchanges and real property tax issues.

Prior to joining Hogan & Rossi, Ms. Lundy worked as an associate at Carpenter Bennett & Morrissey (now McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter) as a senior associate handling all phases of purchase, sales and leasing of commercial real estate including negotiating contracts, analyzing environmental risks and orchestrating due diligence. She also litigated real estate matters both in chancery and law divisions, including matters on an emergent basis such as injunctions, summary basis such as evictions, as well as prolonged litigation. Ms. Lundy additionally handled estate planning, trust litigation and probate matters.

From 1996-1998, Ms. Lundy served as a vice president for Three Lakes Management in Brewster, New York.  There she acted as the trustee of a major trust, involved in day to day management of real estate investments, including negotiating leases, overseeing maintenance issues, tenant relations, evictions, reducing real property taxes, and marketing and selling real property.

Ms. Lundy was an associate at Rossi & Smith from 1992-1996, handling all phases of commercial and residential purchases and sales and leases, including 1031 exchanges, and residential evictions. She did extensive work in the areas of planning and zoning, which required compliance with multiple state, county and municipal authorities, and appearances before same, as well as coordination with engineers and other experts.  Additionally, she handled purchases and sales of small businesses (asset and stock purchases), corporate formation, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, employment agreements and loan agreements.

Ms. Lundy was previously employed as an associate at Day, Berry & Howard in Hartford, Connecticut from 1989-1992, and worked as a summer associate at Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine in New York City, and Plunkett & Jaffe in White Plains, New York.
